"On two different occasions, I was having 'crashing' issues with a PC and laptop at my home and reached out to The Computer Store. Both times, Chris immediately responded to my phone calls and, sensing frustration in my voice, squeezed me in for immediate repairs --- I had both devices back in perfect working condition within a day!!! In a world where all forms of quality customer service appear to be waning, it's a breath of fresh air for a company to go that extra mile to create a such a positive experience (as well as a high-quality finished product) for their customers. "I have known Chris for a long time he is as honest and a gentleman as they are. My laptop suddenly would not work, it had all my sons Military pictures of Army basic training and Graduation on it I thought they were gone. I called Chris, he said take it in and he would see what he could do. He got it up and running in no time. He installed a new hard drive better than what I had. I will not go anywhere else.
